Better manage link and configuration of domain-port for an application

Today the link between the exposed ports of an application and the assigned domains is not clear enough.

There is a default port concept which is not exposed and you can get the associated port only via the prefix added to the qovery domain (pXX-<qovery_service_id>...)

We should better expose this link (both UI and API) and have a unified view
