Improve creation flow - Service Catalog

Today we provide 4 major blocks to build your full stack: databases, applications, lifecycle job, cronjob. With these blocks, you can build any application but you need to understand when to use them, especially for lifecycle jobs.

The goal is to create a service catalog that will guide you through the overall configuration of your service. Example: if you want to deploy a PostgreSQL, we will propose to you all the different options (container, managed RDS with the default setup, Aurora etc..) and we will guide you on the setup (use the standard Database offered by Qovery, create a lifecycle job etc..)
