Modify deployment Yaml files from inside the Qovery console

It would be great to have the flexibility to modify YAML files for deployment so we can make changes easily, eg for STS changing storage classes, and write modes. For deployments adding some custom configuration eg in one case, we had to enable DinD mode.
I know that we can do a lot via lifecycle jobs but for minor changes, this flexibility inside the console will be great.
