Multi-Project Virtual Entity?

Be able to manipulate an environment from multiple applications (aka projects on your UI) as though it were a single virtual entity.
Applying actions to that entity would simply relay them to the underlying entities.

Examples:
• If I click Clone, it will clone the environment in all underlying applications (i.e., projects).
• If I go to the project(i.e., application in our terminology) details, I will see the environment which is linked to the virtual entity as well.
• If I delete the environment from the virtual entity, it will delete it from all underlying associated applications (i.e., projects)

Also, I would be able to treat see that virtual entity within the UI (list page, details page, project associated to each).

It can be treated as some sort of multi-project entity that can contain environments that are linked to other existing projects
